Zen planner, the latest version of its live smart planner, is not available for some users.
Users with a subscription to the premium subscription will have to log in with their Google account or email to access the software.
Google is working on a solution for those who want to access it from outside the Google ecosystem, according to Google.
In a blog post, Google said it’s “working on a fix to ensure this is the case for all Google users”.
Zen planner has been updated since last month to the latest beta version, which has improved features and fixes, according a Google blog post.
In addition, the software now offers “better integration with Android” with support for “multiple calendars, multiple views, multiple filters, and more”, according to the blog post on the developer site.
